Caulking and touch-up painting are examples of acceptable repair methods. Global is not responsible for exact color, texture, or finish matches. WALLS, CEILINGS, SURFACES, FINISHES & TRIMS

Such conditions should be reported near the end of Year 1 of the warranty period to allow for normal movement of the Home. Global will correct items noted that are visible 6 feet from the surface under normal lighting conditions. | Minor seam separation or cracks, and other slight imperfections, are common and should be expected. The surface being painted shall not show through new paint when viewed from a distance of 6 feet under normal lighting conditions.
